As the League Coordinator, you may find the following information to be helpful when choosing your photographer:

Hassle Free picture day

·      Elite Photo does all of the scheduling of photo day, less for the league to think about.

·      Elite Photo does all sorting and collection of money for pictures

·      Elite Photo provides all of its own staff, no extra work for the league. We do not require the league or parents to help on picture day.

·      We work very hard to run on time on picture day. Nothing is more frustrating than a photographer that runs 30 or even 45 minutes behind schedule. In order for us to ensure on time appointments, it is essential that we coordinate photo schedules.

·      We accept all forms of payment Cash, check or credit cards. We can even accommodate parents that forgot money all together.  Our system is designed to handle late arrivals easily and quickly, no more kids feeling left out because Dad was late getting off of work.

·      Elite Photo will provide all envelopes and marketing materials at no cost to the league.

·      When photos are returned each team is clearly labeled and each individual packages can also be labeled at the request of the league.

·      YOUR LEAGUES PHOTOS WILL NEVER BE LATE! With this low cost option we will mail the photos directly to the parents home. No distribution for your coaches, and no worrying if photos will be in before the season is over!

·      For most leagues, all teams can be photographed on one day if needed. This means up to 1500 kids in a single day. (Although we usually recommend at least two days for larger leagues.)

While other photographers offer hundreds of Specialty products and “gimmick” items, Elite Photo concentrates on offering the widest variety of photographic products on the market. Our extensive market research shows that even when all of these other items such as plaques and trophy balls are sold, well over 90% of parents only buy standard packages. While some products did increase slightly from last year, many of our packages are still the same cost. Elite Photo has absorbed some of these higher costs for our clients to stay the leader in value.

There are other companies that might beat us on price, but when you look at the big picture our combination of service, quality products and efficiency are UNBEATABLE! We may not be the least expensive but we are far from the priciest. And we are certainly the leader in value for the money.

·      GET MORE FOR THE MONEY! 12 Traders instead of 8. In an effort to give our customers more value we offer 12 trading cards instead of 8. This means the average retail price of our trading cards is only $1.25/card

·      The more a parent buys, the more money they save. We have put our most popular products together in packages where parents can save up to 30% off of retail.

Other Benefits to your League

·      Elite Photo sponsors league teams as a way to say thank you! Elite Photo has sponsored teams for the last 10 years in various organizations. We do it to thanks to organizations for using our services and because we believe in youth sports as a positive way for kids to stay active and healthy.

·      Fund raising from photo sales.

·      We offer a commission on photo sales back to the league. To ensure the league gets the best deal possible, we will guarantee a minimum rebate per package or the commission, whichever is larger.

·      We don’t inflate our commission by gouging the parents. Many photographers offer huge commissions to the organization at the expense of parents wallets.  We offer a fair commission that keeps prices low for the parents. Our experience shows that when prices are inflated to increase the commission to the league, parents buy fewer photos, thereby reducing the commission that comes back to the league.

·      We don’t exempt certain products from our commission. Some photographers exempt their most profitable items from their commission formula and then raise the percentage on the remaining items. This is misleading to the league and ultimately, in our opinion, violates the trust required between a league and vendor.

·      Free coaches photos for every team. Ask for details.

·      Many other products for coaches and sponsors are available.  We have several varieties of plaques available and we can even put the sponsor’s name right on the photo for a small additional fee.

·      We guarantee on time delivery of photos. Our turn-around time is generally 3-4 weeks. (Usually closer to 3).  If we don’t deliver on time, we will double our payout to you! (On time means before the last game for each team. We will only guarantee on time delivery if photos are scheduled and completed early enough in the season.) For shorter seasons, consider our convenient mail-out option.

·      We know the market and we make it easy for your customers. We will schedule a makeup/retake day after delivery of photos. This allows parents that need retakes or any team that couldn’t make their time a second chance for photographs.
